Hi there, I'm Jiyoon 👋
I’m a UX designer with experience in complex B2B enterprise software and AI-powered SaaS products.
Currently, as a UX Designer at Infoblox, I focus on building SaaS platforms using AI to streamline workflows for network and security professionals.
I studied computer engineering but became more interested in how people interact with systems than how they work. I found myself questioning poor interfaces and thinking about better experiences, which led me to UX. My engineering background continues to be a strength though, helping me collaborate effectively with engineering teams!
Collaboration is key to my process, as I work closely with cross-functional teams daily to create solutions that are visually appealing, technically feasible, and also aligned with business goals.
